It Feels Like Family History Month

Family History Month is in October, but February is starting to feel like the new Family History Month.

Why do I say that?

FOREVER Family History Virtual

Starting today, you’ll be able to sign up for FOREVER’s first Family History Virtual Event. This event will be held on February 20th, and you can sign up below.

Anyone can attend, and you only have to sign up for the event, and a FOREVER account is not necessary. There will be a session on organizing your family history on FOREVER (I’ve been doing that for several years.. you can see my video HERE. ), But I’ll be watching to see if there are other suggestions. There will be Make and Takes, and so much more.

If you’d like to go and …”what the heck” you’d like to try an account then please accept my invitation HERE.

RootsTech Connect

Then just a short five days after, it will be time for RootsTech Connect. I’ve been attending RootsTech in Salt Lake City and London, England, for the last ten years. But this event is like no event ever held before.

Each day starts with keynote speakers. So be sure to check out the Keynote Speakers page to learn more about this year’s keynotes. They are Lorena Ochoa, Francesco Lotoro, Sharon Morgan, and Nick Vujicic.

There will be presentations from speakers from around the globe and a virtual Marketplace that I’m looking for I can’t wait to see. There will also be videos about life in countries around the world. The categories are “Food,” “Culture,” “Traditions, and Travel.”

The best part of this event is that it’s FREE. That’s right FREE. You can still sign up below.
