I think I first hear about the Paul Fronczak story on 20/20 back in 2013 and then again when I went on a DNA cruise and I first met CeCe Moore in 2015.
If you’re not familiar with the case, then you need to know that Paul was taken from his mother Dora not long after he was born in a Chicago Hospital. Two years later, a child was found in New Jersey, and Dora confirmed that the child was her son.
That child was raised as Paul Fronczak, but fifty years later Paul decided to take a DNA test and discovered that he wasn’t their son.
When I was on the DNA cruise, CeCe Moore explained how she was working on the case and had discovered who the child that was found and thought to be Paul Fronczak was.
Even since watching that initial news show I’ve been fascinated with the story and have been following it. Of course, I’d would be interested because it was about DNA and a mystery.
Yesterday I noticed that there had been an update on the foundlingpaul.com website.
The real Paul Fronczak had been found.

The Foundling was a very interesting book. It covers the story of the man raised as Paul Fronazak. The finding of the real Paul is so recent that you can only get that information in the news. And at this point in time (Dec 2019) he has chosen to remain anonymous.
