What Is Artisan 6 And What Can It Do For You?

I’ve been using Artisan for twenty-plus years. When I first started using it, it was part of Creative Memories. That company had some issues, and so it closed, but then it revamped and reopened. I believe it was around that time that FOREVER purchased the rights to Artisan, and I was so happy that they did because I knew I was a digital scrapbooker, not a traditional scrapbooker. I loved what people could create as a traditional scrapbooker, but I knew that I wasn’t creative that way.

Years ago, I didn’t think I was creative, but now I realize that I’m creative in my own way. That’s the beauty of Artisan 6, it makes it so easy to be creative.

Here are some examples of recent creations that I’ve made. Right now, I’m writing two genealogy books; one for each side of my family. What really works for me is that I’ve created a book project for each of the books, and whenever I think of a story that I want to write, I can open up my Artisan project and add a page. Or if I see a template that I’d like to use, I can add it to my book, and then when I’m ready, I can use it and not have to remember what something was called.

I’ve also used it to create things that you can’t create in FOREVER under Create and Print, such as this tea towel of my family tree. If you’d like one of your family, I do offer that as a service at Shop the Hound, and you get free shipping.

I also used Artisan 6 to create covers for the albums in my FOREVER account. Here are a couple of examples

This one is for an album in my genealogy archive.

I create wall art that I hang on a magnet board in my kitchen. I love uplifting motivational sayings.

I’ve created notebooks for my DNA notes, and I’ve done something similar for a coffee mug of mine. I sell these on my store, Shop the Hound, and you get free shipping.

As you can see, there are many ways you can use Artisan 6, and these are just some of my ideas. I’m sure you can think of even more creative ideas. Artisan 6 is purchased as a yearly membership (but you can try for 30 days for free), and the membership includes free art, so you’re ready to go. There are many kits that you can purchase to add to your art, like over 1600 pages of art, but there are also many FREE kits… click HERE to see those.

So what have you got to lose? Try it for free for 30 days, and if you use my link, you’ll be my client, and I can help you. Check it out HERE.

Interesting, but I loathe yearly subscriptions for things like this. Would rather just download and pay for the software the way we used to. Too many subs available and nowhere near a large enough budget.
